Everyone is equal in the eyes of god than why can’t human beings think like
that. Gender inequality is the main hurdle in the holistic development of a
child. Every person should have an equal right to live their life with their own
terms not with the orthodox norms which is forcefully imbibe in their
thoughts to think and behave in a decided way. For making the society
gender-sensitive, school can play a major role in this.

About the author
Harpreet Kaur is a teacher by profession who is already putting the efforts
and successful in making her school and class GENDER-SENSITIVE. With
adolescent, it becomes very challenging to change their thoughts and views
which is imbibe in them by their observations and experiences given by the
society.
Miracles can be done through a deliberate effort by a person with the support
of others. It is very important to guide our future generation about the
gender-sensitivity from very young age. So that, their thoughts and behavior
can be molded in a positive way.
