"(The author, Raghunandan Rao, on completion of the university-level higher education in Ranchi and Delhi- entered into the class I service in the government of India organization and rendered nearly three and half decades of services. Thereafter, he started taking a keen interest in creative writing in the form of novels and short stories. During the writing of his major novel; Hridyamanthan; which is currently under consideration for publication. After writing every five chapters of the said novel he wrote one short story.
