The Invisible Foe by Col MGS Nagi

 About the book

The book is fiction, based on some of the real-time anti-militant operations, conducted by the author in Kashmir Valley, during the period 1992-95. A time when local sentiments were on the boil, blatantly used by a rogue neighboring country and turning it into a proxy war. The era depicts heavy-armed confrontations between the radicals and the Indian Army on its own soil. It is a comprehensive portrayal of the war-like situation prevailing in the valley during the period, the audacity displayed by the army in taming the belligerents, as also the efforts made to win back the hearts and minds of the local population. It is a collation of few high dividend operations selected based on the degree of difficulty and the value addition in achieving the task with minimum collateral damages.

About the author

The author is a retired Colonel of the Indian army, who spent a large segment of his life in uniform, facing the menace of militancy. Originally commissioned into the Corps of Artillery, he has also been a part of Army Aviation for nearly 8 years, flying Alouette III helicopters. The book is a humble effort to reminisce three grueling years from 1992-95, spent in the Indian part of Kashmir and even beyond, combating an invisible enemy on his own soil. The script portrays some of the real-time, high dividend operations conducted by him in the valley as part of his crusade against armed radicals bolstered by the immediate neighboring country. The operations have been mildly dramatized to make it a fine and possibly immersive reading.

KIRSHI ARITHVIYAVSTHA BANAM MAHELA SASHAKTIKARAN by Dr. Kiran Fatma

About the book

Well Educated and well trained population is the most powerful resource of any country any nation.  The above lines indicate that educated and trained population is undoubtedly the all-powerful resource of any country. Half of the population of any country is women, if it is untrained and uneducated and patient, then that country is not on the path of progress in any situation. May be My frivolous efforts are dedicated to all the women who are dependent on their important land in the work of agriculture, but even today, when the country is moving towards women empowerment, the women engaged in the crush sector are uneducated and untrained. The region is called the backbone of the Indian economy.

If women engaged in this field get both training and training, this work will prove to be a milestone in the strengthening of the Indian economy, every country is a mixed form of its civilizations and cultures. But the task of taking these civilizations and cultures to the next generation is the society of the country which is made up of human beings, where women are an integral part while India is diverse in diversity and different cultures are included in such a unique and diverse world of unity. Nowhere to seeUndoubtedly, many industries have developed and important prospects from agriculture sectors. If efforts, training and training and modifications are made in this direction, the country will move on to the post of continuous progress.Of course, if we observe any religion in this diversity and integrity, feminine power is not considered to be of secondary status, except the orthodox and orthodox traditions, and efforts can be made towards this, so that women can move towards a beautiful and strong and strong economy. It is very important to be self-reliant, I want to speak through these lines
There is more to do with the whole earth, but if you support even a little, there is more to walk, even if you are walking with one foot, people should also support the other.

Kuch Adhure Jazbaat by Sifar

About the book

“Kuch Adhoore Jazbaat”, how it all started, I have no remembrance but whatever I have written is incomplete. I have written on booze but I do no drink. I have written on God but I have not seen him. I have written on Love but have never fallen in it. I have written on the pains of life, yes I have experienced pains but then I think each one of us has to face his own demons. I am incomplete and so are my emotions and I want to share these incomplete emotions with you because we all have some kind of incompleteness in our lives. I have molded my emotions into words and engraved them on the papers and I hope, perhaps you will understand.

About the author

“Who am I?” I do not know and yet I squandered all my life finding the answer to this question. I sought an answer through my words and actions. I lived a nightmare dreaming an existence and now I realize that who I am is not important but what I think, is. I request you not to spend your energy knowing me but understanding my thoughts. Who I am, where I live, what I do, am I an Intellectual or an Ignorant, a believer of God, or an atheist, leave these questions aside. A man is but mortal and thought can stretch to eternity and I want to be an eternity. For the ease of an address, you can call me “Sifar”

Winter Grows on Paris by Amit Kumar

About the book

Winter Grows on Paris is a collection of poetry on Love, Self and Silence as much as on journeys, people and places. In rhyme and blank verses, these poems weave stories by delving deep into and caressing gently the myriad human emotions Self endures and experiences while negotiating the jazzy, vivacious, poignant journeys of loving, unloving then loving again interspersed with hope, despair, nostalgia, joys and torments in equal measures. Journeys which ultimately become voyages of self-discovery. Intensely emotional and often a tad philosophical the poems take the reader through a passionate journey of life in multi-chrome taken in many lands, across many winters, summers, springs and autumns, through full moons, dark nights and shades in between.

About the author

A Max Planck Fellow, Amit graduated in French literature and subsequently in Law then went on to work, live, love, rejoice, sulk and write in different countries and in different languages. His poems gaze deep into his own journeys and also those of others taken together sometimes, sometimes separately. Poetry for him is cathartic and also a way to make sense of chaos both within and without. Besides crafting verses, poems and prose, Amit engages in teaching and research in various areas of social laws and public policy.
