“Grehon Ka Swabhav Aur Jeevan Par Prabhav” By Pt. Virender Sharma

“Life In Pieces. The Story Of Hidden Pain” By Sonal Vashisht

There are situations in life when you feel debilitated, you feel as if you are helpless, you feel lost, we search the reason of our existence but we aren’t able to find it. There are circumstances in life when we have nobody around us who understands our thinking, there seems no way to go but you have to keep yourself going, you have to make your own way out of all odds, you have to fight each and everything on your own.
Loss of someone special makes the situation worst but you have to bear that loss.
The story is a great example of a “life” in which the girl has to move on and fight against everything on her own. She has great aspirations but only aspiring something is not enough. She decides not to quit at any cost and that become the main reason for her triumph.
She faces abuse, rape, threats, loneliness (not physically but being alone when you are surrounded by thousands of people ), drug addiction, betrayal in love, friendship and unforgettable scars and wounds which are hard to heal.
This story also depicts a cute, romantic and teenage true love journey of the couple. A love that is passionate and loyal even in the absence of the other that’s what true love is!
Her love becomes her strength and she conquers all odds being alone and she decided to serve the needy just to live a healthy and meaningful life and to teach a lesson to the society that we girls are never so weak and alone as you make and think so!
In a nutshell… “Life is all about moving on….”

“Shades Of Love Without Relation” By Payel Sanyal

My story is Shades of Love Without Relation.

I have tried to express different shades of love. This story is about the lives of different people, they meet, they love and they get separated. They are not bound to any relation.
This story says that how love is through their eyes.

Shades of love – love gives us many negative and positive emotions. Love makes us weak and strong both.

Love is a very beautiful feeling of this world.

In our life, sometimes we are painting love canvas with colors, sometimes we are making a sketch and sometimes it will be blank. Depends upon the person, how he will see the canvas.

Each and every moment of our life, we feel different shades of love, but during our busy lives, we are unable to understand that, sometimes we never notice this.
My story will say about this.

This is my story. I am waiting for your response.

“A DIVINE VISIT AND THE HUMAN TOUCH” By Dr. D. GNANASEKARAN

Dear readers, the fifteen stories in my second collection, A Divine Visit And The Human Touch, run through a gamut of emotions that affected, or appealed to, me. A writer’s concerns are not expressed in a single work: they evolve and refract themselves over a period of time, through several works. With experience, you become more aware of more words, more emotions and more ways of expressing them.
Life constantly shows us that there are no ready-made answers. When we have nothing to prove, we allow life to teach us. It has taught me to face my own insecurities and apprehensions. To me, every image that leaves an impression is the seed of a story. Inspiration could come from the simplest things in life. Every experience in life adds to your art and widens the perspective. I have a vision that every human being is like a kaleidoscope. Depending on the light that you allow through it, and how you twist and turn it, each individual is going to be uniquely different. I don’t go in search of my next story. I wait for it to come to me, and excite me—to the point where it completely disturbs regular life.
I am never happier than when writing. It gives me the privacy I have always sought. I enjoy writing more than anything else. I believe that to be a successful writer it is necessary to give oneself entirely to this ambition. Writing the first draft is sheer joy, and after that comes the hard work of polishing. When writing the first draft of a short story, I find it much more rewarding than spasmodic bursts of energy. I write my first draft rather quickly, in a fever-heat of enthusiasm to make my readers as excited about the story as I am, living it every waking moment, seeing myself as each character. During this period I prefer to have no outside distractions but to live in a cloister-like solitude. For relaxation, I like to meet people, and to read a lot—my other chief interest, which I developed at an early age and have maintained ever since. I have a passionate interest and intense curiosity in everything of everyday humdrum and at every opportunity I visit new places or happen to witness certain events and idiosyncrasies of people.
I have the urgent feeling, “There is so much material in life and not enough time to use it all.” Everything I experience primarily adds to my understanding of the world. Many a time I have realized I could only touch the fringes of a truly exciting story and there is still scope for further enriching or polishing it. I have prepared a pudding for you, my valued consumers. But the proof of the pudding is in the eating. Readers are the connoisseurs, and I request you to taste it and give the verdict.

“Temple Stop” By Harinder Cheema

Dear Readers
As I take the plunge into the world of writing, I feel as if someone is beckoning me, guiding me and inviting me to the very same world.
Writing, sitting on my armchair,
Soon, I could no sounds hear.
With pen and book on my lap,
I tried to catch a quick nap.
Strange visions started coming to me,
Even without my spectacles l could clearly see.
I saw the architecture of olden times,
Huge structures, high roofs, long wind chimes.
A door opened with a creaking sound,
“Come in,” someone said, without looking around.
An old man, with moist eyes,
Looked at my shape and size.
He told me, he was a man of the past,
And thanked me that I had come at last,
To visit him and his friends,
As for a long time, messages he had sent.
But, said he, ” Oh! my dear!
Still, nobody came here.
I had been waiting for you here,
In the palace of King Lear.
And by the way, I am William Shakespeare.

“Behind The Hearts” By Bhagyashree Jaiswal

FROM FANCY TALENTS TO UNFANCY INCOME

It cannot be denied that today the major or most demanding and fun source of entertainment is the movies and TV shows and soaps. The glamour drives the spectators completely into itself. All those working to entertain us are no doubt bunch of talents and must be paid for that like any other skillful profession. But we cannot deny the fact that these entertainers are mostly paid more than required.

That may be due to the limited lifespan of their professional life. Certainly, there are some other professions as well as having a limited working life and equally dexterous but with austere income. With that logic why is an army official not paid attractively or is there talent is not fancy enough to attract a fancy income like that.

As per the mindset of this generation, we have more crowds spellbind towards TV and movies profession than joining the army or navy. Having said that, the professions like doctor, politics, army officials and teachers are also the job with a high level of skill and proficiency. So, professions other than film, music and sports industries in the realm of entertainment should also be highly paid. If only fancy talents will be appreciated then it would not be offensive to say other talents existing today will be soon under the notice “diminishing breeds”.

“Love Tennis” By Jitender Kumar

Jitender Kumar is an aspiring author of whose, Love-Tennis is a first fiction effort. Love tennis is a romantic drama and written very smoothly yet precisely, for a first timer. Jitender seems to be a good story teller who does not let his readers wander outside his book. The language is kept simple and characters alive throughout the story.
He does not deviate from the main line of story and also points out some social issues in-between like a simple opinion that makes you think about it before you move on to the next paragraph. He does not generate false hopes in the story neither he demoralizes the reader. He keeps the characters more like how we are and how we have lived a phase of our lives.
He gives base and background to his characters right from the beginning of the story. Simplicity of each character is what keeps you connected as they become more relatable and realistic. Although this book falls under fiction category but upon reading it you realize that there was always a bit of Jatin and Priya in you. I hope author comes up with more of his work soon and we get to see his diversity.

“Honest Expression” By Anshudhar

The author of the book Late  Anshudhar had a great love for English literature since his childhood. By the age of nine, he was already a voracious reader and would engage in both fiction and non-fiction novels. He migrated to Canada in 1994 and established a successful trading business. Even with the demands of establishing a business in a competitive market, he took time out to peruse his love for English literature and wrote the book “ Honest Expression”. The book had a successful test launch online when it was first web published in 1998 in Canada.

He left this world in 2005 and his father, back in India, decided to publish his book and bring his dreams to fruition.

Honest Expression is a work of fiction wherein the author tries to interweave elements of human drama into a descriptive narrative. The book is centered on a man named Alex, the saga renders a glimpse into his search for passion, understandings and life experiences. The author follows an inner monologue of Alex’s thoughts and emotions, while he is in a desperate search for satisfying romantic relationship. It is a captivating drama as we see Alex change and grow while facing impediments to his romantic happiness.  The description of supporting characters, setting, actions and conversations are designed to augment the scope of the book while casting light on some social malaise. As the book concludes we see that the travails have wisened Alex, and rather than regret a moment, he has welcomed hardships as a chance to grow.

“Management By Trust- Path Of Success” By M.P. SINHA

‘Management by Trust –Path of Success ‘  is based on actual achievements and real-life experiences of a Manager M. During his expansive career in upper management, Manager M was instrumental in turning around many companies from the brink of bankruptcy or shut down. He had personified many attributes of a successful manager, such as hard work, discipline, dedication, ’out of the box’ thinking, entrepreneurship, time management and led by example. He, however, believes that the foundation of his success was in imparting highest level of Motivation to the employees under him and trusting each one of them fully. He believes that trust cannot be half and has to be either full or nil. A firm believer of building strong teams, in his long career, he didn’t fire a single employee, instead, motivating the ‘bad performers’ into top performers. Reciprocally, his employees laid a lot of trust in him and never felt a need to look towards Unions. He also enjoyed full trust of his Suppliers and Customers, thus the three ‘Gods of Business’: employees, suppliers, and customers always trusted him. Having achieved this, Manager M was able to replicate his success story, over and over.

Manager M has converted his long and rewarding career of 45 years, out of which 13 years as MD/CEO of Govt.and Private sectors into 11 chapters of the book, with each chapter discussing different challenges he encountered, lessons he picked up on, and highlighting the practices that helped him come out successfully.

This book has shared the pearls about Management that Manager M learned and practiced, in his expansive career, leading him to be known as the ‘Turn around manager’ in the industry. It is written, filled with anecdotes, lest the book becomes another dry instructional book on management. His way of thinking and practicing will be highly educative for young managers to emulate.

This book will be an asset to Management Students, Junior, middle and even senior managers to mold their performance by learning from actual experience and not theoretical. It is” an effective capsule for achieving success”.

“Shades Of Life” By Dr Shipra Malik

Truth of Life

The bounty of life is limitless and unfathomable. Human life is bestowed with many gifts, which we sometimes acknowledge, and sometimes fail to recognize due to ignorance. Life is a varied amalgamation of contrastive shades, and that’s what makes it uncertain and hence, fascinating. The sorrows, sufferings, and despairs in life teach us valuable lessons and provide answers to our deepest, darkest fears so that we can mature into better human beings. One should never try to challenge or efface life by opposing its flow, as the joy of being carried away and rolling with the tides of time is later or sooner divulged to us. One should not try to complicate the meaning of life, rather enjoy it in its entirety. However, we live in a society which has complicated our lives by customizing it and fastening it in shackles of hollow ideologies, prejudices, and customs, which are arbitrary and make life nothing but meaningless and complex.
