" This is the Author’s first book a contribution on the philosophy of “Election and its in-depth spirit and meaning of Election”. The author has an experience of 7 years in the Delhi Election Deptt. and indirectly attached to Election activity in Finance wing. He is a financial coin and involved in the conversion of all Election action in easy financial terms for payment & settlement of incurred expenditure in related functions of Election & Election functions & activities. He has tried to show the art to be crave in his writing skills on expression of “Election”; as a first step/efforts for formation of an ideal & popular government through the process of Election. Author recently superannuation & finally retired after 40 years of service out of which last seven (07) best years in CEO Delhi (HQ) i.e. Delhi Elections in Finance & Accounts Cadre and associated in & for all election activity towards financial aspect/side."
