About the Author
Dr. Manoranjan Satapathy is a management practitioner, educator, and writer with extensive experience in teaching, administration, and human resource development. He taught for more than 20 years at the IGNOU Study Centre, Ravenshaw University, and served for 33 years in management and administration within a Government Sector Bank.
Even after retirement, he continued his contribution to education as Principal at NIIS Group of Institutions and Global Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar, Odisha. A graduate of Utkal University, he later earned an MBA from IGNOU, a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management, and a Ph.D. in Human Resources from Utkal University.
Dr. Satapathy strongly believes that quality education should ultimately help create not only skilled professionals, but also compassionate human beings and a value-driven society.
