Yes Or No by Chandan Kumar

Every day, countless decisions shape our lives—but what if most of those choices were never truly ours to begin with? Yes Or No explores the hidden patterns behind human decision-making, revealing how experiences, habits, and inherited beliefs silently influence our thoughts and actions. Drawing on the author's concept of Neural Voting Theory, the book explains how subconscious "yes" and "no" responses guide behaviour long before conscious thought begins. Blending insights from neuroscience, human behaviour, and ancient wisdom, it offers a practical framework to identify limiting mental patterns, replace unhelpful beliefs, and make more intentional choices. Thought-provoking yet accessible, this book is a guide for readers seeking greater self-awareness, personal growth, and lasting transformation through the power of conscious decision-making.

About the Author:

Chandan Kumar is a teacher from Jagdishpur, Bhojpur, Bihar, with a lifelong curiosity about life, human behaviour, neuroscience, and ancient Indian wisdom. Driven by years of questioning and personal exploration rather than formal academic credentials, he developed the concept of Neural Voting Theory—the idea that the small "yes" and "no" decisions we make each day quietly shape our lives. Having experienced significant personal challenges, he sought practical answers that could be applied in everyday life, eventually transforming his observations into Yes Or No, his debut book. Through his writing, Chandan aims to help readers better understand their minds, challenge unconscious beliefs, and make choices that lead to meaningful personal growth.
