The book itself is a compilation of my experience as a chef elevated form a kitchen staff helper,vegetable cutter etc.I have learned the values of food nutrition with the its health benefits.With a considerable time cooking became my passion and exploring of new things with non fermented and fermented recipes.The traditional Gorkha food menu is never displayed in high standard Restaurant and Hotels across India.The main motive of this book is to showcase the different variety of the traditional food prepared and authenticated that has been explored by me with other chefs like me.I extend my gratitude to all Gorkha, Bhutia, Tibetan communities who helped me with deliberations for bringing out the”Royal Gorkha Cook Book “ Looking for your positive response.
