The Sun Shines Bright Here is an unconventional self-help book that starts with a real-life story. Shayna recalls her mundane struggles with introversion, anxiety, self-esteem and love. As she makes her way through her everyday life, she slowly unravels the bitter truth as well as saccharine beauty of this world.

About the Author

Yashna "Shayna" Kumar is a third-year B.A. (Hons) Economics student at Delhi University. Originally from Mumbai, she has an ardent passion for mental health and wishes to help people in any way that she can. "The Sun Shines Bright Here" is her debut book. She has formally studied Psychology for two years and her fervor for the subject still keeps her engaged in it. As they say, she is just a girl growing wings...
