About the Author

Kanika Saxena is an Engineer in Instrumentation Technology with a Post Graduate Diploma in Management. She has two children who are pursuing their post-graduation and her husband heads HR, IT, and Admin departments in a leading power plant in Punjab. Kanika has worked in leading engineering companies in diverse roles in the 90s. She took a sabbatical of 20 years to take care of her kids. During this period she has had the good fortune to visit over 20 countries. She re-entered the corporate world as a fresher in the field of content writing in 2016. Writing became her passion and brought her glories at work. Kanika decided to work as a freelance content writer in 2018. As a professional content writer, she has written blogs, articles, social media posts, and many other types of content on both technical and non-technical topics for global clients. She started her journey as an author in June 2020 when she self-published her first book, “A Lockdown Story!” which is a narrative about her lockdown experience. This book conveys a powerful message of how one can use adverse circumstances to one's benefit. She self-published her second book, “Gift Yourself a Smile!” in December 2020. This book emphasizes the importance of positivity and happiness. “Are Teeny Tiny Stress Triggers Troubling You?” is her third book on the self-help genre. This is her first to be published by a publishing company. This book focuses on those aspects of life that create stress and how to manage them.
