About the author
Sadat Ali Khan was born in Patna in 1945. After obtaining a law degree in 1968 he started practicing as an advocate at the Patna District Court. Soon after he became the Additional Govt. Pleader at Court. He went to the USA to learn more
about international legal and judicial studies. On his return from America in 1985, he moved to Patna High Court where he still practices. His other work includes a book titled Law Graduates Can Look At Better Prospects, which strives to motivate and create awareness among students to achieve academic excellence in the field of law. He lives at his ancestral house in Patna.
