About the Author 

Dr. Santosh Kanwar Shekhawat is Assistant Professor in English, Maharaja Ganga Singh University, Bikaner. She has been engaged with research on Narrative Traditions of Rajasthan, Historical Narrativesand Indian Writings in English. She has edited eight books published with Oxford and Macmillan and
published several articles in literary journals of repute. Dr. Pragti Sobti has taught English for over a decade as Assistant Professor in Department of English, Maharaja Ganga Singh University, Bikaner. She carried out her doctoral research on Novels of Shashi Deshpande. Her scholarly and innovative articles have been included in journals of repute and anthologies. Her areas of interest are Women Studies and Contemporary Indian Fiction.
