 About the book

The Chapter one and two provides an in-depth insight with empirical and time series data analysis of which pension scheme is better for the Government employees whether NPS or OPS. It also provides detailed analysis of the key parameters of NPS of 10 years. 

The Chapter three designed a structure of integrated revenue intelligence among revenue earning stakeholder departments of centre and state government. 

In chapter four of the book described the impact of different breakthroughs like GST, Demonetization and lockdown on wage earners in different ways.  

The chapter five analyzed the impact of e-banking services such as NEFT, RTGS and Mobile Banking in the Indian economy.

About the author

Ms. Suman Chandolia is Masters in Economics and Assistant Professor of Economics at University of Rajasthan. She has interest across areas like banking, Indian financial system, macroeconomic and development policy.  She has insight of the Indian economy and pencils in her thoughts on complex issues into   effective, simple and clear language that's quickly and easily understood by others.

Author description-

Anand Swaroop is Masters in Economics and an Indian Revenue Service (IRS) officer. He has experience in various fields of taxation. He was an Assistant Economic Adviser to Department of Economic and Policy Research at RBI between 2002 to 2008. Presently he is on deputation to Government of Rajasthan and served as director, State Insurance and Provident Fund. Presently he is Director General, State Directorate of Revenue Intelligence.

 He is known for expressing his candid opinion on the socio-economic environment. The combination of a sensitive heart and a critical vision is the hallmark of his writing.  He has also been associated for a long time with some of the committed NGOs for inclusive development. His areas of interest are Indian economy, Government policy, taxation and cooking. He is also the author of Adhuri Kitaab.
