About the Book
Any marriage, needs to demonstrate ‘cooperation and corroboration’, and ‘give and take’ from the couple to be successful. If not, the marriage will fail. It cannot be a one-sided affair. Astrology also has to work on similar principles when it comes to matching of horoscopes. It is the corroboration of planetary positions, combinations, and aspects in both horoscopes and not in one horoscope alone that will decide the success or failure of a marriage. The illustrative horoscopes of ‘successful marriages’ and their analysis in Chapter 9 clearly prove this point.
The objective of this book is also to make it a ‘compendium’ of astrological concepts with special focus on marriage matching, with ‘real life illustrations’, so that these are easily understood by the readers. I am confident that for ‘believers’ in astrology, especially for those who are beginners, this book will serve as a useful guide and sounding board not only for ‘matching of horoscopes’ but also to evaluate post-marital life, including childbirth and prosperity, besides understanding other basic concepts in astrology. I also firmly believe that readers will find the ‘matching matrix’ provided in Chapter 10 and FAQs provided in Chapter 11 along with answers and links to various chapters useful tools in their quest to sharpen their astrological skills for matching of horoscopes and related concepts.
About the Author
The Author of the Book Sri B. Hariharan is a Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary and Cost Accountant by profession. He held a very senior position in an Industrial conglomerate headquartered in Delhi in the Finance function and retired as Chairman of a Listed company of the Group . He is a native of Nagercoil in Tamilnadu. His father Late Sri H Bhuthalingam, though was a retired banker was better known as a famous Astrologer in Trivandrum and Nagercoil where he spent the best part of his life. He practiced Astrology as a hobby without receiving any consideration whatsoever from his clients. The Author learned the basics of Astrology from his Late father and dedicates the Book to him.
