It incorporates ideas for upgrading one's self from an educator to a mentor. It talks about the
beautiful bond between an educator and a learner. It relates the teachings of eminent gurus
during ancient India with present-day teaching.
An Educator's professionalism, reaction to situation, adaptation to new learning, introspection,
nurturing learners at different levels, raising learner's standards to meet up the present day
scenario by relating classroom to real life, incorporating creative and innovative ways of
teaching, flip-classroom and many are presented.

About the author
Ankem Sravya has over a decade of rich experience in teaching mathematics and physics
subjects for CBSE and CAIE learners. She attended several CAIE enrichment and evaluation
programs organized by Cambridge University. She is pursuing her masters in Education. Being
an electronics student in her bachelor's and master's, she has been primarily engaged in
designing, developing, and implementing practical teaching methods by setting up mathematics,
physics, and robotics labs. She works as a resource person and associates many training
programmers for teachers and students at her venture Pioneers Academy.
In this book, she discussed a few aspects of enriching the teaching-learning process and
upgrading one's self as a mentor.
