About the author
Amit Kumar Singh is Executive Engineer at Jharkhand State Electricity Board. His quest
for knowledge started the expedition from Engineering background to Law Graduate and still
underway. Not only academic but also he is a signature in the field of sports and its welfares and Honoured as life member of Jharkhand State Cricket Association.
Ab initio, his flair in the field of literature was observed and he had been appointed Chief
Editor of the Magazine of Power Engineers Association.
His works serves as an eloquent and humane testimony to the powers of reasons in
