About the Book
The present book, titled 'Usi men Quaid, Usi se Riha, is a collection of self written poems which expresses the amalgam of human emotions in everyday experiences. It is an honest reflection of the upheaval of shades and moods of life. The vivid images in the poems are simple yet complex The language is free flow yet uniquely structured adding a rythmic balance and lyrical dimention to the genre of poetry.
About the Author
"Dr Shikha Shrivastava, is a professor of English with 35 years of teaching experience at different government colleges across the state. At present she is posted at Govt MLB Girls' PG (Autonomous) College, Bhopal. She holds a PhD in literaty feminism from Barktullah University, Bhopal, and a Post Graduate Diploma(PGDTE) from The English and Foreign Languages University (EFLU) Hyderabad. She has created a Youtube Channel ""सृजन एक संवाद"" which presents her literary aesthetics of writing, scripting, narration and voice-over in collaboration with the artists of different genres. Many of her poems have been composed as songs available to stream on the preferred streaming platforms."
