Due to cut-throat competition in every
field of life the huge size of the families has become a curse." KHOON KA
KARZ" is a story of poor large Muslim family where every family member is
deprived with fundamental felt needs of life ROTI KAPDA AUR MAKAN. The head and
earner of the family struggles throughout his life for earning bread and butter
for his family and dies prematurely. In his absence survivors of the family are
forced to live a miserable life. One grieving Hindu friend of deceased comes
forward to take care of this poor family and forces the Govt. to make the two
children norm to regulate the population of the country, increasing by leap and
bound.
